Water and Ice Sample Testing

Ice and water sample is taken by engineering on a weekly basis and send to Male for chemical breakdown. The report will be
sent to Engineering. The latest records are therefore available at engineering, however, a monthly update on the records are
send to Chef’s office for filing as well.
The samples must be taken by engineering according to the SOP and send to Male according to the criteria mentioned in the
SOP.

The below record is kept as chef’s office to be used for verification when the Male report comes.
