A. Scope of supply

1. Brand new Cummins water-cooled diesel engine.

2. Brand new Stamford alternator. Ratings: 254/440V, 60Hz, IP23, insulation class H.

3. Keypower 6120 AMF digital controller and Deepsea DSE 6020 AMF digital controller.

4. 50 ℃ tropical radiator mounted on skid.

5. German Varta brand of maintenance-free starter batteries with battery cables, battery terminal caps and battery isolator switch.

6. Delixi MCCB on genset.

7. Anti-vibration mountings between engine/alternator and base frame.

8. Silencer with connecting flange.

9. Genset with base fuel tank.

12. Spanish stickers, operation/maintenance manuals for genset.

B. Payment Terms
1. Price is based on CIF Buenaventura port.

2. By telegraphic transfer: 30% as deposit, 70% to be paid before delivery.

C. Delivery
Within 45 working days after receiving deposit depending on engine availability, from Fuzhou China.
D. Quality

after-service is our aim.
BEFORE SERVICE: According to clients’ requirements and actual situation, we will furnish the technology consultation and all kinds of information.
AFTER SERVICE: Warranty for 1 year or 1000 running hours (whichever reaches first) from the date of shipment. During the guarantee period, our
company will provide the free easily-damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material; factors not accordance with
the regulation of original plants such as fragile parts, daily-consumed components or wrong operation, lack of maintenance are not covered by
warranty. After expiration, our company provides paid spare-parts maintenance for gensets .
F. Special features of KEYPOWER's generators

* Generator soundproof canopy made of cold-rolled steel

treated with outdoor polyester powder coating; black finish
stainless steel lock and hinges

* Excellent quality bowl-type anti-vibration mountings with

high rubber content reduce engine vibration efficiently

* Maintenance-free starter batteries ensure gensets can be

started easily without fail as well as enabling gensets for
long-time storage without needing to be re-charged.
Battery terminal caps prevent any short circuit from
happening

* Our patent independent control box mounted on rubber

pads offers second layer of protection against engine
vibration
 * Inside control box, wires are put inside shrinkable plastic
tube making the control box very tidy

* High quality terminal blocks ensure a strong wiring

connection, fuses are used to prevent controller from being
burnt down when battery is accidentally reversely
connected. Each wire is labeled with a number allowing
maintenance to be a very esay task

* 100% fire-resistant sound-absorbing sponge. Besides

glue, round-washer also used to fix it preventing it from
dropping off when the inside air is hot enough to melt the
glue
