THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK:

This theoretical framework depicts the overall results we generated from our selected summaries.
We have taken Workplace Discrimination as the Independent Variable, Organizational
Performance as Dependent Variable having a Mediator Management Practices. Our main
purpose is to show how the Workplace Discrimination affects the overall values of an
organization. How the top level management plays its role in making a relationship between IV
and DV.

The poor management practices makes the situations where employees feel themselves as
discriminated and it directly affects the organization’s performance. Their interest in their job
gets less which clearly depicts by their productivity.
