It refers to aggressive behavior toward subordinates and to the exploitation that creates fear and
stress among subordinates regarding their position in the organization (De Hoogh and Den
Hartog, 2008).

Organizational commitment
Organisational commitment is the bond employees experience with their organisation. Broadly
speaking, employees who are committed to their organisation generally feel a connection with
their organisation, feel that they fit in and, feel they understand the goals of the organisation.
Job satsfaction
It is defined as the extent to which an employee feels self-motivated, content & satisfied with
his/her job. Job satisfaction happens when an employee feels he or she is having job stability,
career growth and a comfortable work life balance.
Turnover Intention
It is a measurement of whether a business' or organization's employees plan to leave their
positions or whether that organization plans to remove employees from positions. Turnover
intention, like turnover itself, can be either voluntary or involuntary.
