PROCEDURE
1. BUYER send ICPO to “End Seller, Via Houston USA Oil Technologies”, plus
POF
These documents must have:
a. ATV – Authority to check and authenticate.
b. BCL Bank Comfort Letter
c. RWA Ready and Available with Financial Capacity
NOTE: If the Buyer has not sent POF for payment with LC or SBLC, after the
signing of the contract, an Invoice for the amount of US $ 12,800.00 will be issued,
which will be discounted from the Value of LC or SBLC, which is the necessary
guarantee. in the Shipping Instrument.
2. SELLER issue Full Corporate Order (FCO) and Draft Contract.
3. BUYER sign FCO, together with the verbiage of the Financial Instrument in
48 hours.
4. SELLER up to 24 business hours sends the Final Contract and Proforma
Invoice to the BUYER only pdf format.
5. BUYER sends the contract properly signed up to 48 hours and issue
payment DLC in the verbiage format.
6. In 10-20 days banking days after confirming the financial instruments, the
SELLER submits Performance Bond 2%, VALID FOR CONTRACTS ONLY,
not Spot's or Trial.
7. After confirmation SELLER’S Bank DLC, in 30-45 days the product will be
delivered to the Port of Origin for dispatch.
NOTE: due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus (SARS, COVID-19) the
shipping schedule may be DELAYED.
8. The BUYER’S Bank transfer via MT 103 or other agreed methods of the
expedition Value against submission of the Transportation / Loading
Documents to the SELLER’S Bank.
9. Delivery begins in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

NOTE: After receiving the contract documents, we will contact the END BUYER for
appropriate checks.
 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT TO PAYMENT
The Buyer will send the Verbiage of Financial Instrument that will be used to pay
the Seller.
This Verbiage will be analyzed by Seller’s Bank, being ok, is authorized to that
Buyer’s Bank send the Financial Instrument to Seller’s Bank via SWIFT.

PAYMENT TERMS
Option 1: By T/T
 30% Contract signature and
 70% Against documents, after receipt of Certificates of Shipping and copy
of B/L.

Option 2: LC or DLC Divisible, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Letter

We accept with item 49: CONFIRMATION: CONFIRMED
Payment must be made in MT 103 swift cash upon presentation of the shipping
documents for each shipment, against documents, after receiving the shipping
certificates and copy of the B / L.

Option 3: SBLC MT 760

 As warranty for 12 months + 1 day (operative financed for 1 month) and
 MT 103 each shipment against documents
