How to make Bubur Ayam or Chicken Porridges

A. Ingredients :

- Rice - Onion - Parsley

- Eggs - Chicken - Soy sauce
- Water - Beans - Garlic

B. equipments / tools :
- saucepan
- knife
- bowl
C. Steps :

1. First, put the rice and water in a sauce pan and cook over high heat
2. Second, when it start to boil, add the garlic and chicken. Cook for 15 – 20 minutes and shred
the chicken.
3. Third, make an omelet and slice it into strips
4. Then, put the porridges into a bowl
5. Next, add the sliced chicken, omelet stripes, fried onion, beans and chopped parsley. Also
add a little soy sauce on top of it.
6. Finally, Bubur Ayam ( chicken porridges ) is ready to be served
