APPENDIX-4

DOCUMENTS/DRAWINGS REQUIRED AFTER PURCHASE ORDER

1. General

1.1. All of documents and drawings shall be written in English and prepared in computer form by
a word processing package and a computer-aided-drafting (CAD) package.

If proposed equipment or components are substantially new or recently modified design, the
Purchaser may require the Supplier to provide detailed information including manufacturing
documents and drawings to enable the Owner to consider whether to accept such
equipment or components.

1.2. Document and drawing shall be submitted in both paper form and computer form as the
following number of sets;

For Information : 1 Original (s), - Copy (ies), 1 Sets of E-file

For Review : 1 Original (s), - Copy (ies), 1 Sets of E-file

Final*1 : 1 Original (s), - Copy (ies), 1 Sets of E-file

As-Built : 2 Original (s), - Copy (ies), 2 Sets of External Hard Disk

Remark*1:
Following manual shall be provided 3 Originals and 2 sets of USBs or External Hard Drives.

1.3 Definition of drawing and document status

For Information

Drawings and documents returned with marks "FOR INFORMATION" means the drawings
and documents have been regarded by the Purchaser as requiring no review,

The drawings and documents which are not subject to review shall be stamped "FOR
INFORMATION". However, the Purchaser shall reserve the right to comment on these
drawings and documents and inform Supplier to treat these drawings and documents as "FOR
REVIEW" subjects.

For Review

The Supplier shall furnish the drawings and documents submitted to the Purchaser for review
with a stamp "FOR REVIEW", the date of submission, and the Vendor's signature.

A copy of each drawing or document reviewed will be returned to the Supplier as stipulated
herein. Copies of drawings and documents returned to the Supplier will be accompanied by
stamps and/or markings by the Purchaser.

Purchaser will respond by returning the drawings and documents to the Supplier with marks
"FOR INFORMATION", "NO EXCEPTIONS NOTED", "EXCEPTIONS NOTED", or
"RETURNED FOR CORRECTION".

Final

When drawings and documents are returned with marks ''NO EXCEPTIONS NOTED" the
Supplier shall submit the drawing and documents for final distribution as entitled "Final
Drawings".

Exceptions Noted

When drawings and documents are returned marked "EXCEPTIONS NOTED", the changes
shall be made as noted thereon and the modifications shall be submitted to the Purchaser.

Returned for Correction

When drawings and documents are returned marked "RETURNED FOR CORRECTION", the
corrections shall be made as instructed by the Purchaser, and the corrections shall be
resubmitted.

When a drawing or a document is revised and resubmitted, the Supplier shall include and
issue number and revision description in the drawing revision block. All revisions pertaining to
that particular drawing or document issue shall be marked with a black circle, or otherwise
clearly noted on the drawing or document.

No work shall be performed in connection with the fabrication or manufacture of equipment


and materials until the drawings and documents therefore have been reviewed by the
Purchaser, except at the Suppliers own risk and responsibility. Work may proceed on
equipment and materials when (a) the drawings and documents therefore have been returned
marked "NO EXCEPTIONS NOTED" or "FOR INFORMATION", or when (b) the drawings and
documents have been returned marked "EXCEPTIONS Purchaser.

The review of drawings and documents by the Purchaser will not relieve the Supplier any part
of the Supplier's responsibility for the correctness of his drawings and documents. The
Purchaser will have the right to require Supplier to make any changes in design to make the
equipment conformed to the requirements and intent of the technical requirements without
additional cost to the Purchaser.

As-Built

After completion of erection and commissioning, the Supplier shall update all the drawings and
documents to incorporate changes in the field and submit them to the Purchaser with stamps
"AS-BUILT".

2. Documents/Drawings List and Schedule

All of documents and drawings shall be arrived at the Purchaser’s office within the
schedule specified below. All schedule as below shall be counted from after the receipt
of order. All documents and drawings, which are not limited to below list, will be
provided by Supplier to Purchaser for EPC work.

Note

1. Every month within TBCth of the month (Cut of date, TBCth of the month)

4. The manuals shall include a full and comprehensive set of operations and
maintenance instructions and drawings. The documents shall include
recommended maintenance schedules.
5. The system description and the specific equipment requirement for each major
item stating the function, required equipment, design basis, process data, method
of operation and control, and interface requirements with other systems of the
Plant.

3. Standards of Documents

3.1 Drawing
All drawings, diagrams, etc., shall comply with the following minimum requirements. Size
shall be in accordance with ISO A-series, as follows:
a. A0 841 x 1189 mm
b. A1 594 x 841 mm
c. A2 420 x 594 mm
d. A3 297 x 420 mm
e. A4 210 x 297 mm

In addition electronic copies of all drawings/manuals and other documents issued to the
Purchaser shall be provided in a format to be agreed between the Supplier and the
Purchaser.

Prints shall be on white paper of 110-gram quality. Blue prints will not be accepted. The title
block shall be in the lower right-hand corner of the drawing, and the drawing when submitted
shall be folded to A4 size with the complete title visible. The title block shall contain the
following minimum information:

1. Owner's name
2. Project title
3. Owner's contract number
4. Manufacturer's name
5. Manufacturer's drawing number
6. Brief title (clearly defining content of drawing)
7. Revision number and revision date
8. Scale and scale bar (when applicable)
9. Plant and equipment identification number

A space approximately 7 x 6 cm above the title block shall be left blank for approval stamp.
A revision column adjacent to the title block shall define briefly the revisions made for each
revision number.

3.2 Instruction Manuals


Instruction manuals shall be contained in covers approximately 31 x 25 cm and of correct
width for the contents (not exceeding 10 cm). The paper sheets shall be of A4 (297 x 210
mm) size or folded to this size, and shall be of good quality paper acceptable to the Owner.
Numbered or lettered, plastic tabs mounted on reinforced paper or plastic sheets shall be
inserted to identify the stare of each major chapter of the manual. Tabs shall extend
approximately 1 cm from the face of the paper sheets and shall be staggered to allow easy
identification. Numbering or lettering of tabs shall be in accordance with a detailed index,
which shall be inserted at the front of the manual. Covers shall be rigid; formed of bend-
resistant material covered with wear resistant pyroxylin impregnated buckram or acceptable
equal and shall have flat spines. Binding shall be of clamp suitable for insertion of papers
with four hole punching, and shall be of correct width to ensure proper support and clamping
of the paper sheets. Ring-type bindings will not be accepted. Markings shall be defined after
execution of the Contract.

3.3 As Built Drawings


All As Built drawings normally available on a computerized form; wherever possible in the
original CAD file, and shall be delivered installed on an external hard disk. Two (2) identical
external hard disks shall be supplied.
