12. ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY

The city of Tallinn has the airport

next to city Centre. You can get more
information about Tallinn and its events

Conference will be held in Tallinn
University of Technology (www.ttu.ee) at
Mustamäe, Ehitajate tee 5, located about 6
km from the Centre (Kesklinn). It should
be wise to prefer taxi, one drive from
Centre to University costs not more than
100 kroons (6 EUR). For money exchange
euros are good choice. The fixed rate is 1
EUR=15.65 kroons. VISA card is very
common and accepted everywhere.
The weather at the end of April is expected
to be between zero and 25 °C. Besides
sunshine you should be ready for slight
rain. It might become cold at night, so take
warm clothes with. However, this time of
spring is one of the most beautiful times in
Estonia. It is recommended to book
hotels during the March already. There
is online-registration possible in every
hotel in Tallinn.
