INTRODUCTION
Papers will be reproduced exactly as submitted and will not be edited in any way.
Abbreviations should be kept to a minimum. Use of standard abbreviations is
acceptable. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full term for
the first time it appears. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors. Please
note that each one of the paper should not exceed 8 pages at maximum including
text, figures and tables. Papers should be written in English Language.

Page Setup: It is strongly recommended to observe this given paper format and to
input your paper text in this document: Use A4 paper, Portrait, margins Left/Right 3
cm, Top 3 cm, Bottom 3 cm, Header/Footer 1.5 cm. Alignment Justify, Line Spacing
Single, Paragraph Before 6pt, After 0pt, Indentation Right/Left 0pt. Do not edit the
given page numbers or the page footer – they are to be completed by the Publishing
Team.
Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Colour Black

Tables: You should number each table serially with Arabic numerals and put table
headings above the table – Align Left. If necessary use a smaller font size (11 pt or 10
pt but not smaller) to make tables fit the page size. Only horizontal lines should be used
for the tables. Tables have to be in the relevant space in the text. (If you have a big
International Multidisciplinary Scientific Conference on Social Sciences and Arts / SGEM Vienna 2017

table, please do not use Landscape orientation of the page. It is recommended to save it
as an image and locate it vertically in Portrait oriented page.)
Figures and images: Illustrations and figures should be numbered, incorporated in the
document at the appropriate place. They should be accompanied by figure caption under
the figure. All objects used in one figure should be grouped. Make sure the size of
lettering within figures is big enough. The text should include references to all figures.
All figures and images should be prepared in Grayscale!
Drawings (figures, charts) should be prepared with minimum line weight 1pt.

Formula: Formula should be typewritten (use, e.g., Microsoft Equation Editor).

Subscripts and superscripts should be clear. Give the meaning of all symbols
immediately after the equation in which they are first used. Equations should be
numbered sequentially at the right-hand side in parentheses. In general only equations
explicitly referred to in the text need to be numbered.
Conclusion: Summarize the results of the research/paper and write the conclusion with
a few sentences here.
