How to adapt existing queries?

• Export the query (xml file)

• Open the query (for instance with Notepad++)
• Indicate the DS identification number of the new dataset between the tags
<ds-extid>………..</ds-extid>
Example : <ds-extid>DS-045409</ds-extid>
• Indicate the name of the new dataset between the tags
<ds-name>……..</ds-name>
Example : <ds-extid> EU trade since 1988 by HS2-4-6 and CN8</ds-extid>
• Indicate the name of the new query between the tags
<name>….</name>
Example : <name>query_modified</name>
NB: The name of the existing query can also be kept. In such a case, the existing query will be
replaced by its modified version.
• Save the xml file
• Import the query

Example of modified query:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
