Project name: Spring hangers change in urea and ammoniac units of Fertinitro Co.

a. Project purpose or justification.

The purpose and importance of the project is to change six hundred (600) spring hangers because some are
reaching their useful life and others have already exceeded it, these changes are very important because
the process pipelines of the petrochemical company Fertinitro have these spring hanger for reducing
vibrations and stresses in these sections of the process pipeline. It is planned to start on September 7 and
end on December 14.

El propósito e importancia del proyecto es cambiar seiscientos (600) spring hangers porque algunos están
alcanzando su vida útil y otros ya lo han excedido, estos cambios son muy importantes porque las tuberías
de proceso de la compañía petroquímica Fertinitro tienen estos colgadores de resorte para reducir las
vibraciones y las tensiones. en estas secciones de la tubería del proceso.

c. High-level requirements.
The project to change the spring hangers of the process pipelines is carried out to replace the springs that
are close to completing their useful life and those that have already exceeded it. To carry out this work, the
location and technical specifications of the spring hangers are available. The activities will be carried out
with a group of nine technicians, all specialized and related to the engineering areas that correspond to the
project. In addition, scaffolding will be installed at sites that are difficult to access and the availability of
man lift equipment. For the project we will have the support of the occupational health and safety of the
custodians of the facilities, for our project we will have our security staff in the field and support in the
company offices.

El proyecto de cambios de los spring hanger de las líneas de procesos se realiza para sustituir los spring que
están próximos a completar su vida útil y los que ya la han superado. Para realizar dicho trabajo se tienen la
ubicación y las especificaciones técnicas de los spring hanger. Las actividades se realizaran con un grupo de
nueve técnicos todos especializados y relacionados en áreas de la ingeniería que corresponden al proyecto,
además, se dispondrá de la instalación de andamios en los sitios de difícil acceso y la disponibilidad de
equipos man lift. Para esta actividad se dispondrá del apoyo de la seguridad e higiene laboral de los dueños
de las instalaciones, por nuestro proyecto tendremos a nuestro personal de seguridad en campo y apoyo
en las oficinas de la empresa.

d. Assumptions and constraints.

Assumptions
1- The spring hangers identified in the project plot plan correspond to those that were purchased.
2- The works will be carried out under favorable conditions of time during the following ninety days (90) of
the project, considering that it is summer and opens good environmental conditions.
3- Favorable working conditions for carrying out the project work.

2- los trabajos se realizara bajo condiciones favorables de tiempo durante los siguientes noventa días (90)
del proyecto, considerando que es verano y abra buenas condiciones ambientales.
3- Condiciones laborales favorables para la realización de los trabajos del proyecto.
Constraints.
1- Extra personnel will not be included to those considered in those budgeted in this project.
2- They will be set as a limit for the execution of the project of ninety days (90) and a budget of 190490 usd.
3- The period of 8 am-12m and 1 pm-5 pm is determined as a working day, with a break time of 12m-1pm.
Restciricones.
1- No se incluirán personal extra a las consideradas en las presupuestadas en este proyecto.
2- Se pondrán como límite para la ejecución del proyecto de noventa dias (90) y de un presupuesto de
194350 usd.
3- Se determinan como jornada laboral al periodo de 8am-12m y 1pm-5 pm, con una hora de descanso de
12m-1pm.

e. High-level risks.
1- Timely installation of scaffolding.
2- Jobs near the area where the spring hangers are and which prohibit workers outside this activity may
delay our work.
3- Availability of the complete work team for the 90 days of the project.
