EHS Instruction(s)
Before Operation
 Only Trained Personnel should operate the Chemical stores.
 Only authorized persons should enter the chemical stores Room.
 Follow the safety instruction displayed outside the Chemical stores before entering.
During Operation
 Visual inspection of material. Check for leakages for Drums / cans.
 Open the doors and switch on the light and exhaust fan.
 Use the Personnel Protective Equipments, while unloading/ Handling of Chemicals
 Ensure for proper identification of chemicals and Past Hazard Identification labels on each & every chemical
packing.
After operation
 Keep Personnel Protective Equipments on proper place.
 Switch off the light and exhaust fan.
 Close the door.
