 How to use this printable?
The snowflakes are a matching activity. The child can use a magnifying glass to
match the two designs. The child can also draw a replica of the snowflake design
onto black paper with a white crayon or chalk. Or the child can use tracing paper to
copy over the snowflake and draw the design.

The candy canes can be used as a template to design your own candy cane using
pipe-cleaners. Then hang the finished design on your Christmas tree!

The candy cane shapes can be used for practicing shape design using play dough or
pipe cleaners. Sometimes you can find the Christmas candy cane pipe cleaners at the
store or simply use white and red pipe cleaners wrapped together. These designs
can also be hung on the Christmas tree.
