RTCC Functionality: TCC Block/ Release command should be independent of parallel operation NCC NCC Open
mode. When transformer in parallel mode, if any one transformer TCC is blocked from REMOTE,
other transformer also blocked due to transformers in parallel mode but the release command is

feeders connected in that section but A12 CB operation is blocked from local only not in remote.
03. In above mentioned condition, NCC/DGCC/DCC may not know the reason for outgoing CB
