Job Description

• To be involved in all purchasing /logistics processes at the plant, and track items from the initial to final
stages to insure on-time arrival and adequate inventory. To maintain & coordinate with APR field and
corporate personnel, local and domestic venders, Customs, and logistics providers to track and manage
all item movement from price quote to delivery. Coordinating and open communication with APR’s
Purchasing and Logistics teams will be an essential function of this job.

Main Tasks:
 Work closely with APR’s Logistics and Purchasing departments to coordinate/schedule part order
& delivery.
 Manage transportation Requests for Purchase Orders (RFPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) and
ensure proper document format, time, etc.
 Coordinate with Field Operations team to maintain adequate on-site inventory.
 Responsible for initiating and following through with the RFPO process, local purchasing, vendor
payments, and credit installation with vendors and suppliers.
 Responsible for tracking POs, and requesting quotes
 Manage logistics quote requests and freight forwarder selection to satisfy plant needs
 Maintain visibility and tracking tools for all shipments necessary to support projects – from start
to finish.
 Possess the ability to provide frequent updates
 Track all inbound materials and logistics costs.
 Relationship-building with Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance partners.
 Maintains a detailed list of all shipment/items imported into country and forecast arrival times.
 Responsible for tracking items through all purchasing/logistics stages (Quote, RFPO, PO,
Shipment, etc.) up to on-site arrival.

PWSN &Case Management Worker & SGBV Social Worker with case management ''2016-2019'' :

Main Tasks

- Monitoring of the cases interviewed and counseled .


- Interview with the work of refugees and psychoanalysis them.
- -Packaging and inventory data number refugees and work study for their psychological and social.
- Provide social and psychosocial support to PwSN vulnerable refugees and asylum seeker .
- Assessments cases , psychosocial first aid (PSFA) and psycho-social counselling (PSC), action
plans for case referral (internal or external), direct service provision, and case follow up .
- Archive for cases and follow up , referral cases .
- Monthly and weekly reporting ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timeless.
- Decide upon of needs assessment, advice to DC Coordinator case management /the provision of
financial and/or material assistance and ensure follow-up on the outcomes of the case and
assistance provided.
- Ensure that all emergency cases are addressed immediately and shared with the DC coordinator for
possible intervention.
- Attend internal and external meetings to discuss the most health and social needs for cases .
- Identify and receive cases with special needs who may require further intervention and/or
assessment and report through the GBV Intake Form/Interveiw forms for incidents.
- Follow up the cases need referral (basic needs, Medical needs, lower needs, etc.) on daily bases
and provide the list of these cases to the PMs in order to priorities the referral.
- Familiarity with case management principles, standards and procedures, include relevant roll-out
of SOPs for different protection typologies.
- Follow up external service provider based on sectorial mapping database and contribute to develop
a referral system.
- Conduct cases from evaluation and follow-up and refer it to the concerned parties and provide all
required services for the cases.
- Provide awareness of all problems of gender-based violence for the cases.

Activities :

I - Actively assisting the Director in the preparation of ''Children Drama and Culture Dances'' event which
involved daily rehearsals with the children and women victims of violence in Dec 2010 .

R- Raising awareness of refugees in various issues such as education and economic and s- social problems
five years ago in the organization Intersos.

-Work trainings with regard to protection and gender-based violence.
