Student Interaction and Mentoring

The learning process cannot be confined to classroom only. But the Individual interaction with students is
also essential for effective learning. I encourage my students to use counseling hours mentioned in
course outline to discuss the difficulties they face during their studies. This allows them to grow
academically and personally.

Some of my students are more comfortable with one to one interaction with me as it gives them
opportunity to ask silly questions which otherwise they do not ask in class. At times students also require
motivation and inspiration from me to focus on their desired targets so they contact me for help. I always
make myself available for their help because it gives me immense amount of satisfaction.

The mentor and mentee relationship I have with my students improves the learning outcome in general.
Because it assists them in facing all their fears and getting right and timely advice to get the maximum
benefit from learning experience.
