Introduction
Introduce the topic and a brief outline about how you have approached the
task. In your introduction include a theoretical explanation of what Reflection
is linking against the academic literature. Remember you are writing in the 1 st
person.

Discussion – to cover all parts of the remit (some will be more extensive than
others.
3. The extent to which you made sound and justifiable decisions and
offered solution to the problems identified. You could consider how you
evaluated evidence and options, how you communicated and justified
decisions, whether you were systematic and used evidence in making
decisions.
4. The extent to which you led and influenced others. You could consider
how you resolved conflict between team members, how you motivated others,
how you provided direction, how you influenced thinking and decision making
on the part of others, how your meetings were chaired and discussions co-
ordinated.

Conclusions
This needs to be brief just a few sentences which summarises main points in
your statement and draws together ideas in a meaningful way
