The Important Stuff


This pattern is for the appliques shown in the picture -
it includes all applique pieces that are shown in the
picture, even if there are multiple appliques. **If there
is an afghan shown in the picture, that pattern is sold

Row 5: This is the beginning of the first leg. DC in first

Using little dabs of glue where needed, wrap the CH


around the horn, and secure with tiny dabs of glue (
or stitches if you prefer) to hold in place.


 

Ears - Make 2 Hair: Make 8


Using white, CH 10. SS in 2nd from hook and in next.
SC in next 2. HDC in next 2. DC in last 2. 7DC in last. *Note* You can make more or less if you wish. Use 2

Row 3: DC in first 4 stitches. Ch 2, turn. (4)

Rows 4-6: Repeat Row 3. But don’t CH 2. Just tie off.

Nostrils - Make 2: Using grey, CH 3. SS in last Ch


from hook and tie off.

Feet- Make 2
Round 1: Using white, make a magic circle, CH 2, and
12 DC. SS to join. Ch 2, do not turn (12)

Round 2: 2HDC in each stitch around. SS to join. Tie Flowers


off (24)
Middle Rose: Using dusty rose, CH 26. 3HDC in 2nd
Using grey, CH 4. In the last CH from hook, do (2TC, from hook. SS in next. *3HDC in next. SS in next.

Front Leg Hooves - Make 2
Using grey, CH 9. SC in the 2nd from hook and in Smaller Flowers: Make one turquoise and one
next 2. 2SC in next 2. SC in last 3. Tie off. lavender - CH 3, in last CH from hook, *2DC, SS, CH
2. Repeat from * 4 more times, pull tight and tie off.


 

Using mustard, CH 2, and SS in last CH from hook.


This is the center of the flowers (make 2).

Leaves: CH 7. SS in 2nd from hook and in next. SC in


next 2. HDC in next. 5HDC in next. Now work around
to bottom of CH. HDC in next. SC in next 2. SS in last
2 to join. Tie off.
