2. Observe the following format:

- In inches: 1.5 left, 1.2 top, 1 right, 1 bottom

b. Presentation
- Case title
- Case No./SCRA
- Ponencia/Division or En Banc
- Facts
- Issues related to Agrarian Laws and Social Legislation
- Ruling

3. Cover Page/Table of Contents

- Complete Name
- Student Number
- Agrarian Law and Social Legislation (SY 2020-21, First Semester)

Table of Contents

- PART I (CARL, as amended)

- Chapter I (Preliminary Chapter)
- Case title and docket (in the order as they appear in the outline) and the page/s opposite the
case
- Chapter II (Coverage)
-....

- PART II (Social Legislation)

- _____ (RA _____, as amended by _____)
- Case title and docket (in the order as they appear in the outline) and the page/s opposite the
case

4. Save in only one (1) pdf in the following order:

- Cover Page
- Table of Contents
- PART I (CARL, as amended) and case digest
- PART II (Social Legislation) and case digest

5. Soft copy (PDF) with file name [surname_firstname_studentnumber_CaseDigestALSL] to be

emailed to gefermancol@gmail.com under subject: Case Digest ALSL

6. Submission thru email not later than January 9, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.

7. Please inform class beadle if submitted/emailed already, and the number of cases digested. Class
beadle, kindly include a column in the attendance sheet and state the number of cases digested.
