MHBC recently completed a comprehensive Design Study for a large-scale

industrial park surrounding the new Toyota facility. This study coordinated
environmental, engineering, transportation and planning and design for
the site. MHBC was contracted to complete the planning and design
component of the Secondary Plan, which included the creation of the
Industrial Design Guidelines. This project involved a significant public
consultation and facilitation component. MHBC prepared presentations at
multiple public meetings and worked closely with County and City staff
throughout this project.
