          INTRODUCTION
            Urbanization of cities had made the people from different
place migrate to one place which job opportunities. But it fails to
give proper housing and infrastructures to the people at most cases.
Considering this, here we are proposing a residential
apartment which abide all NBC norms.
Our ultimate goal is to provide a greenery ,less pollution
free , and quality housing to the people at affordable prices.
     
 OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK

 To plan a pollution free residential apartment.

 Construct the building plan using AUTO CADD software.

 Analysis and design of the various structure components for the
proposed plan.
 Analyse various components of structure using in the manual method.
 Analysing the error occurred during manual calculation using STAAD
PRO software.
 Estimation and cost analysis for various components required for
construction.
