Found the compressed gas cylinders are properly stored on the designated cylinder storage area with proper fire
blanket coverings on the corners, cylinder has been chain linked to prevent fall, valve caps & cylinder valve
protection guards in place for hose connected cylinders. Trolley has been provided for proper material handling

 Chemicals has been properly stored on the drip trays to prevent spills.
 Proper fire extinguisher was in place on the entry area of chemical storage are
 Smoke detector has been colour coded and checklist maintained
 Update chemical safety data sheet has been available on the work areas
 Chemical names have been identified properly and stored on the racks
 Portable spill kit has been identified and hanged on the chemical storage area
 Suitable and sufficient chemical storage signage has been maintained on the chemical storage areas
 air cooler ventilation has been provided to avoid paint fumes inhalation
