UPDATE ON PRIVATE CHAT CONVERSATION!

Hi Everyone – as you know the Cyber Chat sessions are slightly different  from the other chat services.  Many of
you have written to us asking why the chat comes back after you end it with the client – here is why and what
we have to do.

Case 1: It has occurred that the users sometimes come back after we have already parted ways / broken up
with them.

The reasons are: either they come back because they are still within the free trial period, or because they
finally bought some coins. We should simply answer them again. Depending on what the customer writes,
maybe he wants to know why she broke up or he wants to tell her that it is a pity she doesn´t want to continue
chatting. Here we should just react accordingly and be creative.

Case 2: Agents break up with a user, he doesn't answer and at some point we get the notice to reactivate him.
(See the screen shot attached.) This is because the customer still has some coins left.

In this case we can reply to him after reading the ‘’break up message’’ and we can say something like she’s had
a change of heart – she can’t stop thinking about him – is he still interested in her – has he found someone else

What we could  write. Example: "I hope you got my message? I felt bad about it, you know. I mean you are a
nice guy, maybe there is something wrong with me…I don´t know L.. "

Case 3: Ghosting Him. In this situation you can send the session to the panic room – this ONLY applies to the
Cyber Chat if you don’t want to ‘’break up’’ with him. But in doing so you won’t receive payment for that
message so it’s better to write a reply to him and send it I would say.
