suppliers, competitor, environment are different and important for any business organization

growth. A competitor is a person, business, team, or organization that competes against you

or you company. If somebody is trying to beat you in a race, that person is your competitor.

Competitors not only make similar products but also sell them at similar prices. For example,

in the car market, Ford is a competitor of Toyota. In fact, Toyota and Rolls Royce are not

competitors. Even though they both make and sell cars, they are not targeting the same

customers. They sell their cars at vastly different prices. Competitors from a vital part of a

free-market economy. Their presence in an industry helps drive down the prices of goods and

services. First, competitor is good for consumers. If a competitor has to compete to gain

market share, the winner is the consumer. The consumer wins because competition ensures

top quality. If two companies offer similar products at similar prices, quality will determine

what the customers buys. Second, direct and indirect competitors. Domino’s Pizza and Pizza

Hut are in direct competitor. Both companies make pizzas in example the same goods and

target the same customer group. They also aim to satisfy the same needs. They are direct

competitors. Indirect competition is Domino’s Pizza and McDonald’s do not make the same

goods. One makes pizza while the other makes hamburgers. However, they both target

customers who are hungry and want a cheap and filling meal. Their customers do not want to

wait a long time after placing their order. Domino’s and McDonald’s are in indirect

competition. Indirect competition exists when two sellers make different products but target

the same customers group. They also aim to satisfy the same needs. Domino’s and

McDonald’s therefore are indirect competitors.


Promotion strategy are a key element of the marketing. Putting a strong promotional

strategy in a place can lead to increased customer awareness of your product or brand and

higher sales. An important aspect is the look and feel of your ads. A successful promotional

strategy can bring your brand to a more targeted audience. For example, social media

marketing is a cost-effective way to increase your brand awareness and online presence every

social media channel is a gateway to your business. It some example for promotion strategy

that can use for entrepreneur and competitor to make sure their product will can competitor

with fair. Next, distribution strategy should be take care between competitor. Entrepreneurs

need to use existing distribution channels in markets with fair.

Entrepreneurial Toward Supplier

A supplier is an entity that supplies goods and services to another organization. This entity is

part of the supply chain of a business, which may provide the bulk of the value contained

within its products. The service of the suppliers are also important for any business because

they supply raw materials, machinery, labory and other materials. Without them, the smooth

operation of the business is quite difficult. The responsibilities of the entrepreneurs towards

the suppliers are as follow, keeping promise to pay in reasonable time, to give guarantee of

minimum price, to inform supplier of future developments and to promote healthy

competition. First, keeping promise to pay in reasonable time is the responsibility of the

entrepreneurs is that payment to the suppliers may be made in time so that they may not have

to face financial difficulties and may carry out their functions smoothly. Secondly, the

entrepreneurs should give the guarantee of minimum prices to the supplier so that they may

feel assured about the certainty of the price and may continue to maintain their will power.

Next, the entrepreneur should provide information about possible future development to the
suppliers in time so that they mold themselves according to the changing circumstances.

Besides they should also be provided information about likely increase in demand for their

material, so that they may become capable of increasing the resources, requires to meet the

increased demand.

Entrepreneurial Toward Environment

Environment protection is an increasingly pressing issue all over the world. Every business

today needs to consider how they can contribute to a more sustainable future. Being a

logistics and transport company is no exception. This is what we do to make sure our

environment be take care save. Firstly, respect the environment making rational use of natural

resources and taking steps to prevent pollution from the different processes involved in our

industrial operation. The entrepreneurs need to ensure that business activities do not pollute

the environment. Such as water pollution, air pollution. Next, the entrepreneurs needs to

replant trees or do something to reduce pollution. Make sure to do conservation to take care

environment save. Beside, promote the sustainable use of raw materials and natural

resources. Introduce guidelines for continuously improving our environmental performance.

In conclusion, the entrepreneurs should have to take care our environment even though they

do their business successfully.
