“Leadership is communicating to people their worth and potential so clearly that they
are inspired to see it in themselves.” – Stephen Covey, The 8th Habit

The world is changing. New technology and generation are entering the workforce
which drastically changes how we play the leadership game. Everyone will experience
the consequences of globalization and automation and we can’t predict which
particular corporate departments are in danger of becoming extinct and which
managerial skills will be in high demand.

For years leadership was based upon the concept of control. But the real power and
energy is generated through relationships. The patterns of relationships and the
capabilities to form them are more important than tasks, functions, roles, and positions.

People are now the central focus of leadership. If you want to become a strong leader
in the modern world you must understand people and that includes yourself.

This leadership series will be divided into three (3) competencies based on global
leadership competency survey by Society of Human Resource Management. They are
as follows: Leading the Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Organization.

To align people towards a common goal, this workshop equips leaders’ techniques to
INSPIRE, INFLUENCE, INTEGRATE, and INNOVATE.
