PART 3. EXECUTION
3.1 PREPARATION
A. Prior to installation, the network Video Management System [Avigilon Control Center
(ACC)] shall be configured and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
3.2 INSTALLATION
A. Develop, install, and test software and databases for the complete and proper
operation of systems involved. Assign software license to Owner.
B. The Contractor is responsible for the entire programming and setup of the system
such that no additional programming is required. Programming shall include the
setup of all available features of the software.
C. Perform a full system back-up at completion of initial programming and deliver the
configuration to the Owner.
D. Perform field software changes after the initial programming session to “fine tune”
operating parameters and sequence of operations based on any revisions to the
Owner’s operating requirements.
