Redefining the meaning of Customer Experience

BuzzECom had recently ventured into the clothing segment, with the
anti cipati on of expanding its customer base across segments, since their
previous business model relied heavily on the home appliances segment. The
E-Commerce website forayed into clothing segment in the last 3 years and
was contemplati ng to scale up the segment with inclusion of more
categories. However, being aligned to its core value of focus on bett er
