The table shows the values that can be achieved with our tools, but of course with quality
preconditions.

1. The conductivity of Cu and Al wire must be at the highest level.

2. The process of annealing and softening of the wire in the process before use must be
done with quality and uniform along the entire length.

3. Degreasing the wire is also very important and must be of good quality.

4. The tension of each wire during the stranding process must be equal.

5. The arrangement of the rollers must be as shown in our brochure. The best solution
is to compact the final layer with 4 pairs of rollers because the ovality is minimal.

6. Cassettes and roller holders in cassettes must be designed so that the distance
between the rollers can be accurately measured. The centricity and parallelism of the
rollers must be achieved during the operation of the machine.

7. The direction of the stranding must be such that the last layer is always in the direction
of the LEFT. The standard construction of the capstans is with such a design that during
rewinding the conductor always twists in the left direction. If the last layer is stranded
in the right direction, then the last layer is opened and a gap is created between the wires.

The quality of compacted conductors with rollers is not comparable to the quality of die
pressing.

Our rollers can compact more than 1 million kilometers of conductors without repair
and we give a 10-year warranty on our tools.

We supply our tools to the most famous companies for the production of power cables
worldwide.

In the NEXANS cable factory in South Carolina, the USA and in the period 02. to 10.
In the 2019 year, Cu - conductor with a cross-section of 3000 mm2 was successfully
compacted in one pass and all designed technical requirements were met.

So far, we do not know that any other cable factory in the world has successfully realized
such a project in the production and compaction with rollers in one pass.
