Adjusting the spreading width

The spreading width is adjustable up to 30 cm. The spreading rate (bead quantity per
m²) with the bead gun depends upon:

- the spreading width. The greater the line width the smaller the spreading rate, as it is
distributed over a larger area.

- the driving speed. The greater the driving speed the smaller the spreading rate, as it
is distributed over a longer length.

- the lift of the bead nozzle. Adjustment by means of the hexagon screw. Turning to
right - smaller lifting, less beads. Turning to left - bigger lifting, more beads.

Adjusting the delay valve

By turning the throttle screw to the right side, closing of bead gun will be delayed.

Dismantling

Remove upper section and bead
distributor. Remove the circlip. Pull out upper
section

Assembling
Air nozzle must fixed tightly. Fixing only
air nozzle
with fixing material (e.g. Loctite 225 or
DELO-ML 5268).

Replace damaged sealings. circlip
