AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

I, Benjie Estrada Abarrientos, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a

resident of Cagayan de Oro City, after being sworn to in accordance with
law, deposes and state that:

1. I am one of the children of Emma Raypon Estrada Abarrientos;

2. Emma Raypon Estrada Abarrientos is the daughter of Irene Raypon
Estrada and Sammy Abarrientos;
3. Irene Raypon Estrada died on May 6, 1983;
4. Sammy Abarrientos died on May 5, 2020
5. Irene Raypon Estrada is the owner of an electric connection
registered in her name in Cagayan Electric Power and Light Company
(CEPALCO);
6. As evidence of our relationship with the registered owner,
photocopies of marriage contract and birth certificates are herein
attached;
7. We are executing this affidavit in good faith to attest of the
truthfulness of the statements above for the application of transfer
of registration of consumer’s name of the electric connection of
CEPALCO from Irene Raypon Estrada to Benjie Estrada Abbarientos.
