A. Installation of Automatic Fire Sprinkler System

1. Installation of Riser Bi. Pipe 150mm. Schedule 40 Standard welded with Complete fittings from
Lower ground to Roof deck floor. Php. 265,298.00

2. Installation of Fire hose cabinet with Complete accessories, from Lower ground to Eight floor.

3. Installation of Fire pump and Jockey pump with Controller, Alarm check valve, Prv.
Php. 80,000.00
4. Installation of Feedmain line with Complete Gate vale and Accessories from Lower ground to
Eight floor. Php. 639,145.00
 5. Installation of Floor Supervisory Control vale, Drain valve, Gate valve, Sight glass, Pressure
gauge, Check valve, Inspector test connection from Lower ground to Eight floor.

I. To provide engineering and documentations, supply of tools and equipment, labor and
supervision for the installation of Fire Protection Sprinkler System and Fire detection alarm
system (FDAS) for M.E. SICAT INC.,and other associated services necessary for the
completion and testing of the proposed project in accordance with Technical Specifications
and the following codes and standards:

RA 9514 Fire Code of the Philippines

NFPA 13 Standard for Automatic Sprinkler System
NFPA 20 Standard for Fire Pumps

1. To conduct a full systems tests of each Fire Protection System.

 2. Testing and Commissioning
3. To provide training and instruction to operating personnel on the proper operation of each
system involve.

II. OTHER CONDITIONS:

1. Shall provide for VISKEN CONSTRUCTION temporary site storage.
2. Utilities like power and water needed to operate VISKEN Trading tools and equipment, shall
be provided by M.E SICAT INC. on site.

III. COMPLETION
The Supply and Installation of Fire Protection Sprinkler System shall be completed within Three
Hundred (300) Calendar days, provided with a free and uninterrupted access to all working areas
involved for all VISKEN CONSTRUCTION & TRADING employees.

IV. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Five Percent (10%) Down payment for the mobilization of the project.
Ninety Five Percent (90%) Through progress Billing proportioned to the accomplishment report.
