Load Stopping Tool with automatic counting device Application:

The Load-Stopping Tool is a lightweight equipment, designed for opening

energized knife switches, fuse switches and power fuses. It is ideal for single-

phase and three-phase circuits load interruption operations, in overhead The Load-Stopping Tool must not be used for disconnection of non-grounded
networks up to 34,5kV and underground networks up to 24,5kV. "Y" capacitors bank or grounded "Y" capacitors bank on non-grounded
systems, if the max. operational voltage exceeds:
Important: The Load-Stopping Tool model provided with automatic

maintenances always on-time, based on the precise control of the number of
operations performed with the tool. CAUTION:
Transformers Disconnection - Currents up to 600Amp and 900Amp max. NEVER use this tool on any other equipment than: Knife switches, Fuse
switches and Power Fuses.
Line Disconnection - Load sharing (parallel maneuvers) and load
disconnection with currents up to 600Amp and 900Amp max. This tool MUST NEVER be operated under rainy conditions.

Cable Disconnection - Load sharing (parallel or ring switching) and load Operation:
disconnection with rated currents and 900Amp max. current, also on earth
faults. The Load-Stopping Tool must always be attached to a hot stick of min. length
