 For any electrical isolation or normalization, wearing of arc suit was made mandatory by top
management in order to ensure safety. A meeting with all electrical operators was scheduled as per
their convenience.in view covid-19 pandemic break out we arranged meeting on ms team.we have
created whatsapp group for leave planning,for smooth planning of leave with transparent manner
upto two month ahead,some of plant related problem we have resolve through brain
stroming,discussion,suggestion.

Describe how you implemented this action plan and also share any feedback from your team. 1) As
Team leader , I had conducted meeting with team member and discussed how to modified lube
water system at sweet water pump house stage-2. 2) My team members also identified ESP header
chocking frequently in stage-2, after brain storming fluidizing air line connection provide to ESP
header and avoid chocking problem. 3)My Team members also involved Fast change over scheme in
3.3KV SWGR at unit-3. 4)Dearator filling valve modification also done by team member in unit-3. 5)
As Team mentor, I had conducted training on fire safety to my team members.

Describe how you implemented this action plan and also share any feedback from your team. During
our regular team communication meeting, I invited Sh. KarikalChozhan M AGM (EEMG) as an expert
to discuss commercial operation & enhancing reliability of systems. The meeting was conducted
through MS Teams. We began by stating our current position and our targets. By involving my team
in the discussion, we discussed what we are doing correctly and what are the areas we need to
improve and the failures we faced in the past. After few inputs from the expert, my team was able to
find the root cause and came up with solutions. We wrote down the solutions and made a strategy
for implementation.
1) As a Team mentor , Conducted meeting with my team members and discussed regarding our
vision & core values . 2)Create a culture of transparency where the team member feel free to ask
anything without hesitation. 3)Discussed with team members for taking precautions on pandemic
covid19 at work place. 4) Sharing with team member information about success latest updates.
5)Each team member also gets an opportunity to share updates about their works. 6)Idea is to
encourage research and creative thinking in the team members. 7) Identification of problems from
various location in plant and take up the project and solved the problems.

first of all we have conducted a survey/suggestions among our team members what are training
/developments they needed for their development to meet future challenges and company
expectation.meeting was conducted weekly on general shift through MS team,sharing the
knowledge through presentation/discussion.some of our team members also attended the online
training program organized by RLI on MS team.we have discussed tripping reports, safety issues,
learning from our mistakes, what are future challenges,how to meet them.

U7 HPH 5A DEVELOPED INTERNAL TUBE LEAKAGE . IT WAS IDENTIFIED FROM PARAMETERS


VARIATION AND ANALYSIS. IT CONTRIBUTED IN EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT AND HEAT RATE LOSS
WAS MINIMISED.

IN STAGE 2 PA FANS VIBRATION ARE ON HIGHER SIDE DUE TO WHICH ITS HIGH ALARM PERSIST
CONTINUOUSLY. IN COORDINATION WITH C&I PA FAN VIB HI HI ALARM ALSO GIVEN IN EVENT LOG
WHICH WAS SUGGESTED.

IN U8 SEVERAL BOILER AND FLUE GAS DUCT LEAKAGE IDENTIFIED IN COORDINATION WITH BMD.
LATER THODE LEAKAGES WERE ARRESTED AND DRAFT POWER OF U8 REDUCED.

Leakage was identified in HPH-5A in Unit-7 by observing trend of opening of Drip Valves. Due to this
leakage suction flow of both TDBFPs was running high and it was difficult to maintain Unit Load.
