I have the honor to submit to you this request for Accreditation of Initiated
Rewards and Recognition Activities at the School Level.
Attached to this request is the School Program on Awards and Incentives for
Service Excellence (PRAISE) for deserving Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel,
Stakeholders, parents, and Learners as stipulated in the Division Memorandum
No. 041, s. 2021.

I. Teresita C. Young Memorial High School Gawad Parangal; Program on
Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) for deserving
Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel, Stakeholders, parents, and Learners.
II. RATIONALE AND PURPOSE:
Learning amidst pandemic pose a huge challenge to both teachers,
stakeholders, parents and learners. With an effort, money, time and
perseverance exerted and the seriousness dealing with the Modular Distance
Learning we come up this noble goal and anent to DepEd Order No. 09, s.
2002, Teresita C. Young Memorial High School shall adopt the Policy
Guidelines to institutionalize the Division Program on Awards and Incentives
for Service Excellence (PRAISE) in school level. In line with this policy the
school shall conduct school-wide search for most Effective Teaching and
Non-Teaching personnel, most supportive Stakeholders and Parents and
Cooperative Learners.
The purpose of this activity is to encourage, give reward and due
recognition to all highly performing official or employees, parents,
stakeholders and learners who have demonstrated continuous commitment
and personal effort regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity
or expression, marital status, physical features, impairment or disability,

work-related injury, religious beliefs or ethnicity, political belief, affiliation or
activity. which contribute to the success of the delivery of Basic Education
Services in terms of Access, Quality and Governance.
III. OBJECTIVES:
a. To appreciate the magnificent and highly performing teachers, non-
teaching personnel, stakeholders, parents and learners amidst pandemic.
b. To provide an outstanding appreciation to all performing teachers, non-
teaching personnel, stakeholders, parents and learners to benefit from
the reward and recognition system in times of pandemic.
c. To encourage, give due reward and recognition for their commendable
accomplishment, outstanding performance and commitment as teachers,
non- teaching personnel, stakeholders, parents and learners in times of
pandemic.
IV. TYPES OF AWARDS (CATEGORY AND QUALIFICATION)
