SSG ELECTION REPORT


S. Y. 2022 - 2023

INTRODUCTION

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Education (DepEd) guarantees
that every student has access to strong student leadership so they can develop 21st-century
lifelong learning skills. DepEd Order No. 034 was so issued by the Department. elections will be
held at the school level from September 4 through September 17, according to the School
Calendar and Activities for School Year 2022–2023 of 2022.

The Department issues the Interim Guidelines on Student Government and Other School
Organizations' Elections for School Year 2022-2023 under the New Normal in an effort to
continue developing learners' leadership potential and instilling in them a passion for service
with the proper guidance of their teachers and other school staff.

In order to effectively support learner growth and adapt to various situations during this
epidemic, schools must facilitate student government elections and other pertinent activities as
DepEd supports student leadership.

OBJECTIVES

 To lay the groundwork for unity and cooperation among students.


 To improve their leadership abilities.
 Seeks to train students to become better members of the society.
 Being ideals and having principles of participative democracy.

ACTIVITIES
The Supreme Student Government (SSG) elections were held after a homeroom class
organization election by the grade level advisers. When a student wants to run for office, they
must first file a certificate of candidacy (COC), and a committee must then examine their election
application. The Supreme Student Government Coordinator then announces the elections and
the program of events for the Supreme Student Government (SSG). After that, the election has
already been prepared with the consolidation and printing of election materials and release of
the candidates' final list. Every party had elections and a campaign period in the campus, when
the president and vice-president would engage in discussion and explain their plans to the
students and the institution. Following that, delivery of election-related materials by grade level
to conduct the election.
The grade level classroom made the proper election. The official list of the newly elected
SSG officials for the school year, signed and proclaimed by the COMELEC Adviser and confirmed
by the School Head, will be produced by the COMELEC after validating the official results. The
newly elected officers must collect and complete the Oath Taking Form that will be sent by the
class adviser of the elected candidate, as authorized by the COMELEC, in order to make their
commitments effective. Additionally, it represents their commitment to the institutions. The
COMELEC will compile all completed Oath Taking Forms and other pertinent documents
connected to the just completed SSG elections when it consolidates election documents.

RECOMMENDATION
Describe the action in which the candidate and the party collaborated. Describe in detail
how the candidate and the party exhibited the values of cooperation, collaborative decision-
making, and responsible behavior in the Supreme Student Government group.

Solid Waste Management Accomplishment Report


SY 2022-2023

Introduction: The Dimanayat Integrated School has been committed to promoting environmental sustainability and
responsible waste management among students, staff, and the broader community. Our Solid Waste Management
Program aims to instill eco-friendly habits and create a cleaner and healthier learning environment. This report
highlights the accomplishments, activities, and outcomes of our efforts during the reporting period.
Accomplishments:
Waste Segregation Campaign: Implemented a comprehensive waste segregation program across the school campus,
including clearly labeled bins for recyclables, non-recyclables, and organic waste.
Conducted Zero Waste Management workshops and awareness campaigns to educate students and staff about the
importance of proper waste separation.
Recycling Initiatives: Established a recycling center on campus to collect and sort recyclable materials like paper,
plastic, and glass.
Collaborated with local recycling facilities to ensure the proper disposal and processing of collected recyclables.
Composting System Implementation: Introduced an on-site composting system to manage organic waste generated in
the school canteen and garden.
Produced nutrient-rich compost used for the school's landscaping and gardening projects.
Reducing Single-Use Plastics: Initiated a campaign to reduce the use of single-use plastics within the school premises.
Encouraged students and staff to bring reusable water bottles, containers, and bags.
Integration into Curriculum: Incorporated solid waste management principles into the curriculum, integrating topics
related to environmental protection, waste reduction, and sustainability across various subjects.
The Dimanayat Integrated School Solid Waste Management Program has made significant strides in
creating a culture of environmental responsibility and waste reduction within the school community.
Through various initiatives and partnerships, we have successfully reduced waste generation, increased
recycling rates, and promoted sustainable practices among students and staff. As we continue to prioritize
environmental education and action, we are confident that our efforts will contribute to a greener, cleaner,
and more sustainable future for our school and beyond.

Career Guidance Accomplishment Report

Introduction:
During the reporting period, Dimanayat Integrated School under the umbrella of the Department of
Education (DepEd) has actively pursued its commitment to providing comprehensive career guidance and
counseling services to its students. These services are designed to equip students with the necessary
skills, knowledge, and resources to make informed decisions about their future careers and educational
paths. This report highlights the key accomplishments, activities, and outcomes achieved in the realm of
career guidance during this period.
1. Curriculum Integration:
- Successfully integrated career guidance concepts and activities into the school's curriculum across
various grade levels.
- Collaborated with subject teachers to infuse career-related discussions into subjects like Social
Studies, English, and Science, fostering a holistic approach to career exploration.

2. Career Assessments:

The career guidance program at Dimanayat Integrated School has achieved notable success in providing
