I recently saw The Promised Neverland, an anime TV series based on a manga written by Kaiu

Shiriai. It’s an amazing short TV series that surprised me from the first to the last episode. It’s a
mix of mystery, terror and sci-fi.

The main characters are Emma, Norman and Ray. They’re three children who live very happy
in an orphanage until they realized that it wasn’t. They’re living in a farm and they are cattle. A
escape from that place seems impossible because of their “mother”, but they have to do it
before their time is over.

It’s one of my favorite anime because it’s very different from what I am used to watch, it
doesn’t have combat scenes, but makes you feel that it’s epic just with a look between two
characters. It wasn’t as good as the manga because when the manga introduces the characters
you can’t realize that it is a farm.

In conclusion, I would recommend it to people who like mystery and to viewers of all ages
because it has terror scenes, but they don’t scare so much.
