The calendar for teaching contests

First Semester, academic year 2020 - 2021

1. The registration for filling the teaching positions that are open for contest will
take place between 25th November 2020 – 11th January 2021(between 21th-31th
December 2020, the competition files are submitted to the ASE Registry);

2. The communication of the legal notice regarding the application file for the
contest and the invitation to participate in the competition (fax/e-mail): 19th
January 2021;

3. The teaching contests will take place on 26th -27th January 2021;

4. The publication of the contest results on the competition website: 28th January
2021;

5. Filing complaints: until 2nd February 2021;

6. Resolving complaints: until 3rd February 2021;

7. The approval of the results of the teaching contests by the Faculties Councils will
take place until 8th February 2021;

8. The validation of the results of the teaching contests by the BUES Management
Committee and by the BUES Senate will take place until 10th February 2021.

The application file is formed by the candidate. It will be submitted to the Office of
Teacher Evaluation, 15-17 Calea Dorobanţilor, sector 1, Monday - Friday between
09:00 - 13:00 or through the postal services or through a courier that allows
confirmation of receipt.
