Note:
1. The University observes federal gazetted holidays.
2. Islamic holidays are subject to the sighting of moon.
3. Contact Hours for whole semester may be completed by taking makeup classes within semester/session.
4. The Chairpersons / HODs /Directors/ Coordinators of Academic Departments shall re-admit (registration, challan
generation & fee submission etc.) the dropped out students due to low CGPA as per Notification No. UOG/Acd/233/2857 dated
24-03-2016 within ten (10) working days after declaration of result of each semester.
5. The request for re-take of mid-term examinations shall be routed through respective Dean / Director within five (05)
working days after completion of mid-term examination.
6. The Chairman Sprorts Committee and the Director, SSC shall propose the dates for Sports & Co-Curricular
activities respectively for Fall-2020 & Spring-2021 keeping in view the SOPs issued by the Government for COVID-19
7. A fine of Rs. 500/- per student shall be charged from the UOG Sub Campuses / Affiliated Colleges after the expiry of
deadline of Add Course / Drop Course within seven (07) days. No case shall be entertained afterwards for Add / Drop course.
8. The cutoff date for applying for Migration / Transfer of Credits at University of Gujrat shall be two (02) months before the
commencement of classes for Fall-2020 Semester.
