Introduction:

Enactus is an international nonprofit organization

dedicated to inspiring students to improve the world through
entrepreneurial action. We provide a platform for teams of
outstanding university students to create community
development projects that put people's ingenuity and talents at
the center of improving their livelihoods. Guided by educators
and supported by business leaders, our students take the kind
of entrepreneurial approach that empowers people to be a
part of their success. Our work transforms both the lives of
people we serve and in turn, the lives of our students as they
develop into more effective, values-driven leaders.

Like in business, we believe that competition encourages

creativity and rewards results. For Enactus, it means more
lives impacted. An annual series of regional and national
competitions provides a forum for teams to showcase the
impact of their outreach efforts and to be evaluated by
executives serving as judges. National champion teams
advance to the prestigious Enactus World Cup to experience
excellence in competition, collaboration and celebration.

LOOKING AHEAD: ENACTUS 2019 AND BEYOND

Team Leaders:

A team leader will be responsible for the overall success of the team, including leading
different project groups as well as ensuring that our team is properly structured and is
functioning smoothly. As team leader, it is the duty not to be advised to serve on a
project team, as we will have our hands full with the general management of our team.
The team leader serves as the liaison between the Faculty Advisor, the college
administration, the BAB and the rest of the team. A team leader also serves as a contact
person for the Enactus Country Office.
• Develop a meeting schedule for the team and the board
of our team.
• Meetings will be held weekly
• Social media will be our key tool to promote Eco-entrepreneurship
• New members will be admit in ways of interviewing and submission of resume
• Each individual will be assigned specific goals to be completed
• Members can have all kind of academic backgrounds
• Organize a social event for our team to make sure
everyone gets to know each other and to develop team
spirit amongst the members.
• Sharing best practices: Maximizing the network in our country and beyond. Connect
with other Team Leaders locally, nationally and internationally to share ideas and
successes.
• Delegation of task responsibility is from the board of directors
