 XYZ is headed by MD who is the Chief executive of the company. Seven departments operating
under his supervision. This is relatively flat organization where maximum four layers exist.

2. IT Department in XYZ
XYZ is a multinational company. It has separate IT department for every region and one
single IT department serve a particular region. A separate IT department serves the whole
organization. There is a Head of it department who control IT Team.

Information system for increase their efficiency. They have latest software, hardware

They use Radio link For Communication. They have set up their own tower to get
uninterruptable communication system.

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Ongni.bd and BracNet

XYZ has taken internet connection from ongnibd. They are using Radio link for their
communication. They follow BUS Topology as their internal networking.

 XYZ should go to Oracle to SAP.

 They are facing some problem with their IT Infrastructure. They should hire professional
consultant.
