What infrastructure is included in the per user pricing:

Windows, SQL, Azure Active directory etc. As part of the service is included.
Each customer will receive a product instance with 10 GB of SQL Storage, a Developer instance, disaster
recovery and high availability.
Customer can also receive additional default storage at no additional charge at a rate of 2.5 GB per 20
subscription licenses or SLs . This additional storage applies to any type of User SL or Device SL.
In addition to the Sandbox 1 that is provided for the life of the subscription Dynamics 365 is also providing a
Sandbox 2 instance to use for acceptance testing for three months after deployment.
Each Dynamics 365 for Unified Operations Plan or Dynamics 365 for Retail application customer will receive
100 GB of file/Azure Binary Large Objects (BLOBs) cloud storage for files and binary data. Additional file
storage if required can be purchased separately.

What is not included in the per user pricing:

Visual Studio
Microsoft Dynamics 365 development requires Visual Studio Professional 2015 for standard development,
customization and extension activities.
If customer wants to run performance and load tests, customer will need Visual Studio Enterprise 2015.

Please note that Visual Studio licenses are not included as part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Subscription
Licenses and must be acquired separately.
