GOALS TO WORK ON IN THE NEXT FOUR WEEKS

Kylie demonstrates a great deal of passion and determination to be a future educator. Based on what I have
witnessed in our classroom thus far, I believe that Kylie goes above and beyond the expectations of Field 3
students.

As we continue to work through the rest of our Field 3 practicum, Kylie will be able to focus more of her
attention towards finding the appropriate accommodations for our diverse learners. Kylie has intentionally been
working with these students one on one to better understand their needs in order to best support them. It is my
hope that by building these relationships, Kylie will be able to incorporate universal strategies to help all learners.

Kylie will also have the opportunity to further her knowledge of Assessment as we progress in the practicum.
With further opportunities to design her own lessons, Kylie will be able to look at both Formative and Summative
Assessment and how they fit best into the lessons and outcomes she is trying to achieve.

I have no doubt that as we continue our Field 3 practicum, Kylie will work on these suggestions and will find
ways to build these concepts together in her teaching.

I have enjoyed Kylie’s reflections after her lessons – they are interesting to hear and she offers great educational
insight through the analytic observations. Our students have easily adapted to having her in our room and they
love having the opportunity to work with her.

Thank you for caring so much about students and all the work you do in our classroom. It is appreciated! I look
forward to the remainder of our practicum together.
