My name is Gheorghe Mirela-Daniela and I am twenty-two years old.

2. What are you studying and what year of study are following right now?

Currently, I am a master's student in "business communication" at the Academy of Economic Studies in

Bucharest.

3. Why do you want to come to USA?

I want to come to the USA because I think it will be an nice experience. Besides, I want to visit this
wonderful country, with a cultural diversity and numerous national parks. And the first reason I come to
USA is to visit big and famous cities like New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Washington, etc.

(Imi doresc sa merg in SUA deoarece cred ca va fii o experienta frumoasa. Pe langa asta, imi doresc sa
vizitez aceasta tara minunata, cu o diversitate culturala si numeroase parcuri nationale. Iar primul motiv
pentru care vreau sa vin in SUA este sa vizitez orasele mari si faimoase precum New York, Miami, Las
Vegas, Washington, etc.)

I want to go to the states because I want to do it on my own, to make new friends, to improve my
English, but also to experience American culture, to visit places I've seen in movies.

(Imi doresc sa merg in state pentru ca vreau sa ma descurc pe cont propriu, sa imi fac prieteni noi, sa imi
imbunatatesc engleza, dar si sa experimentez cultura Americana, sa vizitez locuri pe care le-am vazut in
filme.)

4. Why did you choose this job?

I consider that I am suitable for this job because my knowledge and skills are directly proportional to the
desire to work in this team. In addition, my experience in Romania in this field I am sure will help me.

(Consider ca sunt potrivita pentru acest job intrucat cunostintele si abilitatile mele sunt direct
proportionale cu dorinta de a lucra in aceasta echipa. In plus, experienta mea din Romania in acest
domeniu sunt sigura ca ma va ajuta.)
5. On what position would like to work and why?

I would lime to work in the kitchen because I am passionate about the field. But in my opinion I think I
can handle any position at work.

(Mi-ar placea sa lucrez in bucatarie pentru ca ma pasioneaza domeniul. Dar dupa parerea mea cred ca
ma descurc pe orice pozitie la job.)

6. Do you have any job experience? What would that be?

Yes, I have experience in this field. I worked for a while in a restaurant in Romania (White Horse
Restaurant ), as server, buser, dishwaser and in a hotel (Ramada Park Hotel) as receptionist and
housekeeper.

I would take the food to the table, wipe the tables after they were released, and sometimes I would
wash the dishes as well. – restaurant (Luam mâncarea la masă, ștergeam mesele după ce erau eliberate
și, uneori, spălam și vesela.)

I recived people for hotel accommodation. And sometimes I cleaned the rooms, changed the bedding
and vacuumed. – hotel (Am primit oameni pentru cazare la hotel. Și uneori curățam camerele,
schimbam așternutul și aspiram.)

Da, am experienta in acest domeniu. Am lucrat o perioada de timp intr-un restaurant din Romania, ca ...

7. What skills recommend you for this job?

I am a responsible person, who easily adapts to any situation. I put a lot of passion into what I do and I
want the results to be good. Creativity, team spirit and stress resistance characterize me.

Sunt o persoana responsabila, care se adapteaza usor oricarei situatii. Pun foarte multa pasiune in ceea
ce fac si imi doresc ca rezultatele sa fie bune. Creativitatea, spiritul de echipa si rezistenta la stres ma
caracterizeaza.

8. Why should we hire you?

Because I am a person who easily adapts to any situation, with experience in the field, a developed team
spirit, sociable, responsible and resistant to stress.
9. Do you know any information about the area where the job is located?

I searched on the internet and saw that it is a nice holiday town, with many tourist spots to visit such as
the building upside down, the water park, the island with all its shops and restaurants, and I like that it is
the mountain area.

(Am cautat pe internet si am vazut ca este un orasel de vacanta dragut, cu foarte multe puncte turistice
pentru vizitat precum cladirea cu susul in jos, parcul cu apa, insula cu toate magazinele si restaurantele
ei, si imi place ca este zona de munte.)

I am a happy person, with a sense of responsibility, I don't get angry and I try to look for solutions and
improve what I do. I am able to work under stress and in different positions.

I consider that this job represents an opportunity for development, both professional and personal.
Looking for opportunities to learn new things, I want to actively participate in the development of the
company or to get involved in motivating projects, connecting with the team, I expect tasks that will
determine me to get involved.

I want to capitalize on my passion for human resources in a multinational company, contributing to its
development by making my own contribution to increasing turnover, relying on human potential.

Doresc sa imi valorific pasiunea pentru domeniul resurse umane intr-o companie multinationala,
contribuind la dezvoltarea acesteia prin aducerea unui aport propriu la cresterea cifrei de afaceri,
mizand pe potentialul uman.

Yes, I have one brother and one sister. My brother is younger than me and my sister is older than me.
