Dear Liliana,
Further to your initial interview, we are delighted to conditionally offer you the position of
Care Assistant.
This offer of employment is subject to the receipt of two satisfactory references, of which
one must be from your current or most recent employer, satisfactory Pre-Employment
Health Screening Questionnaire and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
You will also have an initial meeting with the Home Manager when you first arrive.
If you are a member of the NMC or another professional body then you are required to
make us aware of any open investigations or concerns prior to starting employment with
us.
Accommodation will be provided to you at a cost of £52.85 per week, which will be
deducted from your pay at the end of each month.
Your three-month Probation Period will commence from your official start date.
All new staff to the organisation are required to attend an Induction Training day(s). You
will be advised of dates and times of attendance.
On your first day you will receive your statement of written particulars: (An Employment
Contract).
To confirm your acceptance of this conditional offer please sign and return the enclosed
copy letter to me.
