Vesmaco Group
The Vesmaco company was set up on June 1, 2000, in Tallinn,
Estonia, as a manufacturer of fiberglass tanks. From the very
beginning, the company aims at manufacturing sewage and waste
water clearing systems, pump stations, and various capacities for
storing different kinds of liquids and acids.
Our company provides such services
as design, manufacture, supplying
materials, or products analyzing as
well as testing, delivery, installation,
technical service and maintenance.
Over 8000 units
of production have been mounted in
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Scandinavia,
Qatar, Russia and the CIS countries.

Manufacture
and Products
Manufacture
The Vesmaco company manufactury is located on the Tallinn (the capital
of Estonia) and Maardu, in the industrial region of Vana-Narva mnt near
Muuga Harbour. The total area of production facilities is 1,500 m², and the
are of the open-air storehouse, 4,000 m². It is also possible to expand both
the storehouse and the production facilities.

Materials
Our products are made of reinforced fiberglass implementing the
winding method using special machines that are also designed and
produced by our company. We use raw materials of the leading
companies in the market of composite materials.

When it comes to manufacturing production and accessories, we use the

technologies of continuous automatic machine winding as well as the spray and
hand lay-up methods. The technology of vacuum forming implementing the
form-to-form and form-to-bag methods can also be used.
