An application has been made to the NSW Resources Regulator for a change in effective control regarding
Petroleum Exploration Licence (PEL) 456 with Kerogen Capital taking an 80% stake in Hunter Gas. EPA is
the environmental regulator for Petroleum Licences.

NSW Resources Regulator are preparing a briefing to the Minister regarding the proposal. To be included

DRNSW records released under the GIPA Act 2009 - Ref: GIPA 21-28
in the briefing is whether Kerogen has a compliance history that might impact on the decision by the
Minister to approve the change in control.

Whether Kerogen Investments N. 1 (HK) Limited has a compliance history that might impact on the
decision by the Minister to approve the change in control. This was accompanied by a copy of the PEL
location map, details of the PEL and supporting information regarding Kerogen.

There is no compliance history under the company name of Kerogen Investments No. 1 (HK) Limited

Further searches of our licensing, case management and electronic document management systems do
not show any records for Kerogen Investments No. 1 (HK) Limited.
