a. Propriety of including additional security personnel in the organization structure to aid the
Security Officer in the implementation of MC No. 78, as amended;
b. Conduct of trainings to PRO personnel (both in the Central and field offices) possessing
security clearances;
c. Compliance requirements to be complied with by PSA-PRO;
d. Other relevant matters, which may aid PSA-PRO’s proper implementation of the Security
Clearance System.
