Wave Engineering, the Supplier ElectroSonic and the Wollega University will
initiate this project. After the preagreement contact is made, the necessary
initial design and customization to the need will be done, this initial design
that will include every demand of the materials stated on the bid document
will be incorporated in the project initiation documents, after this step the
agreement will be signed between our companies so that the formal order
will be placed. Then, the production of the equipments will be taken care on
the manufacturers site and. After all of the productions are completed, it
will be imported to the country and finalizing the custom, it will be
dispatched to the warehouse and then to their respective localities as per
the bid document. Our company and the supplier ElectroSonic will do the
detail engineering implementation (Installation and commissioning) and
test jointly. Finally, rest of the payment will be concluded. Besides, our

companies engineers as well as technicians will carryout the after sales

services when needed and we will be obliged for spare part stocking as per
our agreement to be made.
