In his application letter to our Organization, Mr. Deressa Tesfaye Tulu has requested us to write him,
his work experience & clearance.
Accordingly, Mr.Deressa Tesfaye worked as Senior Electrical Engineer in our company from March
28, 2018 GC to April 02, 2023 GC.
 DETAIL TASKS ASSIGNED
 Installed, maintained, and repaired electrical power systems for commercial and residential
clients, including generators and backup power systems.
 Conducted routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure proper
functioning and safety, including load bank testing of generators.
 Collaborated with project managers and engineers to develop and implement electrical plans
and designs, including generator sizing and placement.
 Troubleshot and resolved complex electrical issues, including power outages and equipment
malfunctions, with a focus on generator systems.
 Managed and trained junior technicians on proper electrical procedures and safety protocols,
including generator maintenance and repair.
 Maintained accurate records of work performed, including detailed reports and documentation
of equipment maintenance and repairs.
During his stay in our organization he is free from any crime and Income tax was deducted from his
salary & paid to Inland Revenue Authority. He leaves our organization by his interest and he has
returned all the materials he has been used during his stay in our organization.
This letter is given on his resignation from our organization. We wish him good luck and success in his
future endeavour.
