Jose has been appointed chair of a steering task force to design the primary product line for new
joint venture between companies from japan, the United States, and South America. There are
three people from three different part of the world working together for improving a new design
for caskets. Three country worked in this project to achieving something. This grouped actually
formed as a formal group acting for the betterment of a new designed product. They came cross
from three different continent for offering their opinion to improve the design. Joint venture
means this group of people need to work together for this task force and improving a new
designed product. In my opinion the characteristics of group behavior is Formal. They are

If I am working in Jose’s position in the committee. I would recommend fist all my others two
committee members to give their opinions about our purpose of meeting. Once our clarification
done about our goals, I may proceeds others two member who are actually form others country

management. I ensured them I want to contribute as a team player not team leader in this
